You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the same way that you would do direct with the retailer (in line with their terms and conditions).
However, you will not earn Virgin Points for any cancelled or refunded sales. If Virgin Points have already been allocated to your account we will deduct them if you have cancelled your order or received a refund from the retailer.
If you return part of an order, we have noticed that the retailers usually deduct the whole amount of points credited and then do a separate credit for the balance of the order
e.g. if you order earned 100 points and you return something worth 60 points, the retailer will deduct 100 points and credit 40 points.
