How do I delete face/fingerprint/PIN authentication from my Virgin Red account? Follow

To delete face/fingerprint/PIN authentication from your Virgin Red account: 

1. Select the ‘Manage’ option for face/fingerprint/Pin sign in from within your Virgin ID account space 
2. Select ‘Set up passkey’ button 
3. The system will run a check to see if there are more than 7 passkeys set up for your Virgin ID account
4. If there are more than 7 passkeys set up, then you should see the ‘Delete passkeys’ screen
5. Tap Delete beside the passkey that you want to remove.

If you have less the 7 passkeys and you would like to delete some of the existing passkeys, then please contact our Member Support team. Please include:

• device model
• browser used
• date of passkey creation that you would like to delete
