How do I delete face/fingerprint/PIN authentication from my Virgin Red account? Follow
To delete face/fingerprint/PIN authentication from your Virgin Red account:
- Select the ‘Manage’ option for face/fingerprint/Pin sign in from within your Virgin ID account space
- Select ‘Set up passkey’ button
- The system will run a check to see if there are more than 7 passkeys set up for your Virgin ID account
- If there are more than 7 passkeys set up, then you should see the ‘Delete passkeys’ screen
- Tap Delete beside the passkey that you want to remove.
If you have less the 7 passkeys and you would like to delete some of the existing passkeys, then please contact our Member Support team. Please include:
- device model
- browser used
- date of passkey creation that you would like to delete
