Yes!
You can set up face/fingerprint/PIN authentication across multiple devices to log into the same Virgin Red account. If you want to set up face/fingerprint/Pin sign in across another device, then:
- Log in to your Virgin Red account using your other device
- Within your Virgin ID account space select the ‘Manage’ button for the ‘Face/Fingerprint/PIN sign in’ option.
- On the ‘Manage your Face/fingerprint/PIN sign in’ screen tap the ‘Set up passkey’ button
Please note, your device and browser must be compatible to set up face/fingerprint/PIN authentication.
