What are Forest ride bundles?
Virgin Red members can redeem points for Forest ride bundles, including 40-minute, 80-minute and 24-hour options.
How do ride bundles work?
When you redeem a 40-minute or 80-minute Forest bundle via Virgin Red:
- Your minutes can be used across multiple rides
- You can unlock a Forest bike as many times as you like within 24 hours
- There is no £1 unlock fee for Virgin Red members when using a redeemed bundle
- Minutes will only be deducted while you are riding.
Do bundles expire?
Once activated, bundles are valid for 24 hours from first use.
Is there an unlock fee when using Virgin Red bundles?
No - when riding using a Virgin Red bundle, the usual £1 unlock fee is waived for Virgin Red members.
Your code will be stored in the My Rewards section of the Virgin Red app under Vouchers and emailed to you after redemption.
