How do I earn Virgin Points with Forest?

1. Download the Forest app and make your first-ever Forest Bikes purchase in London.
2. During booking, you’ll see confirmation that you’re eligible to collect Virgin Points.
3. Complete ten rides with Forest Bikes.
4. Once your tenth ride is complete, Forest will send you a promo code confirming your 500 Virgin Points.
5. Log into Virgin Red, go to Account, select Add promo code, enter your unique code and submit to claim your points.

When will I receive my points? 

After completing your tenth ride, you’ll receive a promo code for 500 Virgin Points. Once you’ve added the promo code in the Virgin Red app, your points will be credited shortly after.

Completing 10 rides with Forest Bikes (earn only)

What does “complete 10 rides” mean? 

To earn 500 Virgin Points, members must complete 10 individual Forest bike rides in London as a new Forest Bikes customer.

Each ride counts when:

• A Forest bike is unlocked and ridden, and
• The ride is correctly ended in the Forest app

When do members receive their Virgin Points?

1. Once the 10th qualifying ride is completed, Forest will issue a promo code for 500 Virgin Points.
2. Members then enter this code in the Virgin Red app to claim their points.
