Stuck in a log in loop?
If you put in your verification code and it sends you back to the log in screen then this tip is for you.
This happens because with some Android browsers a new screen is opened over the top of the screen you are trying to use and obscures it. You can navigate back to your original screen but this can be a a pain trying to find it, especially if you have a lot of screens open, so our clever tech team have built a magic link into the verification code email. Click that link and it should log you in and take you to the app without you having to do any copying and pasting. You can see the link in the screenshot below - it's the one with the big Red arrow pointing at it!

Two icons - which do I choose?
If you are presented with 2 Virgin Red icons for the app during sign up you should choose the left icon or the one at the top (choose "always use").
If you have inadvertently chosen the other icon it is likely you will be unable to get past adding the verification code. If this happens, just delete the app and download again, this time choosing the left or top icon (choose "always use").
Verification code rejected
If the magic link doesn't work then try using the "Switch apps" function to navigate to your emails and get the code rather than exit the app:-
Step 1 - From the bottom of your screen swipe up, hold, then let go
Step 2 - To switch between recent apps swipe left or right
Step 3 - Tap the app you want
Step 4 - To go back to Virgin Red repeat the above steps
