6th November 2020 - Android Users
If you are presented with 2 Virgin Red icons for the app during sign up you should choose the left icon or the one at the top (choose "always use").
If you have inadvertently chosen the other icon it is likely you will be unable to get past adding the verification code. If this happens, just delete the app and download again, this time choosing the left or top icon (choose "always use").
6th November 2020 - Promo Codes
If the app won't accept your Promo Code, cut and paste it rather than type it in manually.
11th November 2020 - Linking your Flying Club Account when using Face ID
If you are using Face ID when trying to link your Virgin Red account with your Flying Club account your device will only populate your email address (or Flying Club number) and password on the Flying Club login screen. However you also need to enter your surname and you have to type this in before you can complete the linking process.
15th November 2020 - Unable to Link your Flying Club Account?
Your date of birth must match on both accounts so if you are having trouble linking your accounts please check your date of birth is the same on both.
