If I transfer my ThankYou® points to Virgin Atlantic Flight Club, can they also be used on the Virgin Red platform? (and vice versa) Follow

• Yes, if you transfer your ThankYou® Points using your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account number or Virgin Red ID and your accounts are linked, the points will be available for use on both platforms as equal amounts. 

Here’s how to ensure your points are available on both platforms: 

• Linking Virgin Red to Virgin Atlantic Flying Club: Log in to your Virgin Red account, go to the ‘Link accounts’ section in your account settings, and enter your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club number. 
• Linking Virgin Atlantic Flying Club to Virgin Red: When you create your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account you are automatically enrolled to Virgin Red, so check your emails to activate your Virgin Red account. Alternatively, you can visit the Virgin Red app or webpage directly and use your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club number when you are signing up
