I have moved. How do I change my postcode / zip code in Virgin Red? Follow
Head over to the Account tab on either the App or the webpage, and select "Personal Details". Click the 'Update my details' button, then 'Edit' and put in your new postcode and follow the steps.
Currently it can take up to 24 hours for the postcode change to show on your Virgin Red.
