Can I cancel or reverse my transaction? Follow
Once your Capital on Tap Reward Points have been converted into Virgin Points, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Virgin Points can only be used once they have been credited to your Virgin Red or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account.
