What mobile devices does your app support? Follow
We currently support most mobile devices on the following Operating Systems:-

Android running OS 9, 10, 11 and the latest, 12, on all makes and models with a 1% share of the market or greater.

iPhone running iOS 13, 14 and 15 and the latest, 16.
Unfortunately, if your handset has an Operating System older than those mentioned above, or is an Android device with less than 1% of the market share, they are unsupported and the app is unlikely to work the way it is expected to.
