Flying Club and Virgin Red have their own unique ways to identify you. Flying Club use a 10 digit account number. Your Virgin Red ID will consist of 4 four lettered words and this can be found under Account>Personal Details.
You can link your Virgin Red and Flying Club accounts so that you only have one Virgin Points balance. In the Virgin Red app head over to Account>Link accounts if you want to do this.
