I can’t see the page to choose my personal perks - where can I find it? Follow
There are a few reasons for this:
- You may not be signed into Virgin Red - the page is only available to US customers signed into Virgin Red.
- Your credit card could not yet be linked to your Virgin Red account or could be linked to a different Virgin Red account. Wait 48 hours from card approval to check if they are linked, or see the information in this FAQ or
How can I link my credit card to a different Virgin Red ID?
- Your Virgin Red account may be based in the UK. You will need to submit a request to change this to a UC account so that you can see the page and choose your perks.
- You may be trying to find the personal perks in the Virgin Red app - this is only available on the Virgin Red website.
