I can’t see the page to choose my personal perks - where can I find it? Follow

You should be able to see your Perks by logging into your Virgin Red account:

Once you have reached a Milestone Spend you will see this:

The Third night Free voucher can be found in the Rewards section of Virgin Red

How to redeem Perks:

If you cannot see your Perks:

• You may not be signed into Virgin Red - the page is only available to US customers signed into Virgin Red.
• Your credit card could not yet be linked to your Virgin Red account or could be linked to a different Virgin Red account. Wait 48 hours from card approval to check if they are linked, or see the information in this FAQ or How can I link my credit card to a different Virgin Red ID?
• Your Virgin Red account may be based in the UK. You will need to submit a request to change this to a US account so that you can see the page and choose your perks.
• You may be trying to find the personal perks in the Virgin Red app - this is only available on the Virgin Red website.
