• Transferring your Capital One miles to Virgin Points is easy! Just make sure you're a
member of Virgin Red or Virgin Atlantic Flying Club if you haven't already. • Then log
into your Capital One account and head over to your Capital One Rewards page to get
started.
• On the Rewards page click on "Convert Rewards" and select the Virgin Red or Virgin
Atlantic Flying Club rewards program.
• Click on "Transfer Miles" to start the transfer process. Enter your Virgin Red ID or Virgin
Atlantic Flying Club ID (which can be found in your Virgin Red or Virgin Atlantic Flying
Club Account under Personal Details) and follow the on-screen instructions.
• Enter the number of miles you would like to transfer.
• Capital One miles will be deducted from your account immediately. Virgin Points will be
credited within 1 business day but may take longer to reflect in your Virgin Red or
Virgin Atlantic Fly Club account. All you'll need to do then is choose what to spend
them on!
