If you have signed up to convert your Clubcard points to Virgin points automatically, but have not received your points this quarter on your Virgin Red activity, please can you send a screenshot of your most recent Clubcard statement to Virgin Red member support where the team will be happy to look into this for you.
To find your Clubcard statement:

Log into your Tesco Clubcard account

Scroll down and click 'View your current statement here'

Your statement will look similar to this:

Please take a screenshot of this page in your own Clubcard account and forward to Virgin Red member support who will look into this for you.
