How will I know if I have won? Follow

You will be sent an email from winners@virgin.com, usually within 30 days of the end of the competition or quiz, but check out the competition entry T&Cs for the exact timeframe.

If the prize is Virgin Points, then the email will contain a promo code for you to add the points to your account.  The code will expire after 30 days so please make sure you add it before it expires as we can't extend the promo codes.

To make sure your email doesn't end up in your spam box you could add winners@virgin.com to your contacts or list of safe senders.

We will never ask you to divulge your personal or bank details to claim a prize.  If you receive a prize notification that asks you for these details please report it to https://www.virgin.com/report-a-scam.
