Yes. You can donate in 1,000 point increments to any of the charities found in the 'Spend' section on Virgin Red. For example, you could donate 1,000 points to charity A, 1,000 points to charity B, and then 1,000 points to charity C. The number of times you can donate to each charity is not limited.
