I've forgotten my Virgin Red ID? Follow

You can find your Virgin Red ID when you are logged into your account by visiting Account>Personal details. Your Virgin Red ID will also have been sent to you in your welcome email.

You don't need to know your Virgin Red ID in order to log in to the app.
