Is there wheelchair access? Follow

Yes, the O2 is rated Gold for Accessibility. Outside the arena there are wide entrances and a flat street running through the Avenue for those with disabilities and wheelchair users. 

Inside the arena, the Red Room is accessible by lifts, located at AEG Reception or right outside the American Express Lounge on the ground floor. 

The Red Room can be adapted to accommodate 1 wheel chair user, to remain in their wheelchair. If you would like to attend an event, please email membersupport@virgin.com so we can ensure the correct adaptations can be made. 

If we already have a wheelchair user in for an event, but you would like to attend, and you are able to move from your wheelchair to a seat, please let us know as we will have space to store your wheelchair behind the seating.
