How will I receive my event tickets? Follow
We will send your tickets to The O2 app - unless advised otherwise, we will use the email address on your Virgin Red account. If the email address that you use for The O2 app is different to the email address on your Virgin Red account please email membersupport@virgin.com to let us know.
If you do not have The O2 app please follow these instructions:-
1 - Get The O2 app (iOS or Android)
2 - Register using the same email address as is on your Virgin Red account
3 - Open the app and sign in
You will be notified when we have sent the tickets to your account.
1 - Go to “My Tickets” and “Tap to get your tickets”. Your tickets will appear on the screen
2 - Show your tickets in the app at the door to scan and enter.
