How will I receive my tickets? Follow
We will send your tickets to an O2 venue app - unless advised otherwise, we will use the email address on your Virgin Red account. If you have an O2 venue account registered to a different email address, please email membersupport@virgin.com to let us know.
If you do not have an O2 venue account, please follow these instructions:-
1 - Get The O2 venue app (iOS or Android)
2 - Register using the same email address on your Virgin Red account
3 - Open the app and sign in
You will be notified when we have sent the tickets to your account.
1 - Go to “My Tickets” and “Tap to get your tickets”. Your tickets will appear on the screen
2 - Show your tickets in the app at the door to scan and enter.
