How do I link my The Know / Virgin Hotels to Virgin Red? – Virgin Red Member Support

Linking The Know to Virgin Red so you can earn Virgin Points on your Virgin Hotel stays

Step 1

Open the the Virgin Hotels Website or download Virgin Hotels app to your phone or tablet.

Step 2

Step 3 & 4

Click 'Settings'

And then 'My Profile'

Step 5

Scroll down to 'My Connections' and check the details next to both 'Virgin Red Membership' & 'Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Number'

If empty or incorrect please click 'Edit' at bottom of screen

If you are not yet a member of Virgin Red you can join here or by downloading the app.

Step 6

Add your Virgin Red ID (4x 4 letter words in lowercase) and / or your Flying Club membership number.

Please be careful not to accidentally hit the space bar either side of the enter and this may cause an issue with points being awarded)

Click 'Save'
