How do I link my The Know / Virgin Hotels to Virgin Red? – Virgin Red Member Support

Step 1

Open the the Virgin Hotels Website or download Virgin Hotels app to your phone or tablet.

Once logged in / signed up you will then see the 'Connect to Virgin Red' at the bottom of the screen

Step 4

You will then be redirected to a Virgin Red Log- in / Join up screen

Please add your email and click 'Next'

Step 5

A one time passcode will now be sent to the email you have entered.

Please copy and paste this into the 'Enter code' space and click 'confirm'

Step 6

Once complete you will see this screen

Please click continue

Step 7

You will be returned to The Know app and you will see your Virgin Red account is linked successfully as it will show like below
