Vue - when does my Vue E-Code expire? Follow
Your Vue E-Code is valid for 28 days from the date of issue.
You can check the expiry date of your code by visiting the "Voucher" tab of the "My Rewards" section of the Virgin Red app or website.
Once your E-Code has expired it will disappear from the Voucher tab of the app or web page.
Expired codes/vouchers cannot be refunded, reinstated or replaced so please ensure you use them before they expire.
