I have missing Virgin Points earned through Virgin Red. What do I do? Follow
Virgin Points are credited to your account at different times depending on where you have earned them. Check out the retailer tile to check the T&Cs and also confirm the timeframe the points should have arrived in and if you should have got them by now but haven't, please contact Virgin Red Member Support.
