AO Arena - Parking Follow
Included in the price of your Red Room Experience is one parking space, in the car park attached to the Arena, per pair of tickets.
The car park has a VIP parking area which is close to the VIP Suite entrance and also close to the entrance/exit so it makes for a quick getaway at the end of the event! Occasionally the VIP parking area will not be available on event days as it has to be used for additional security screening, but in this case we will always tell you where to park in our pre-event information which is emailed to you about 2 weeks before the event.
How does the parking work?
- Drive into the car park and park, either in the VIP area if available, or any space
- When you leave your car take your ticket with you. Currently the VIP suite entrance is right next to the car park entrance so leave the car park and turn left
- When you pick up your event tickets tell the Arena staff that you are parked in the car park and they will swap your parking ticket for a prepaid one
- At the end of the event go back to your car and use the prepaid ticket you have been given to exit the car park without having to pay
You can arrive at the car park any time after midday, and you can leave your car overnight if you are staying in a hotel, but please let us know if you would like to do this so that we can warn the Arena staff. If you park prior to going to the hotel you must still take your ticket with you to the event otherwise it will not be able to be swapped for a pre-paid one and you will have to pay when you exit.
Please note that the car park is not operated by Virgin Red or the AO Arena. Citipark are the official parking partners for the Arena and operate the car park. Parking is at your own risk.
