AO Arena - Food and drink arrangements for the Virgin Red Room Follow

The AO Arena has a strict no food or drink policy on entry so unfortunately you are not able to bring your own food or drink to any event (unless required to manage a medical condition - see below for further information regarding this).  This includes things like snacks, breakfast bars etc.  Any items discovered during the initial search on entry will be confiscated and disposed of by the Arena Security team - sorry!

All refreshments, including food, snacks, and alcohol, are available to be purchased in the suite from the AO Arena and will be served to you by the AO Arena Suite Host.  The AO Arena suite hosts can only take payment by card, they can't take cash payments.  You can also leave the suite and purchase directly from the food and drink outlets on the concourse if you prefer.

Should you need to bring food or drink to the venue to manage a medical condition you must contact us in advance of your visit so that we can obtain the necessary permission from the Arena team.  This should reduce any questioning you may be subject to on entrance.
