Please check that your Virgin Red account has face/fingerprint/PIN sign-in enabled.
- On the log in page, tap the email entry field which would provide you with a face/fingerprint/PIN sign in prompt
- Verify your identity using face/fingerprint/PIN to sign-in to your account
If you wish to not use face/fingerprint/PIN sign in, then please enter the email address associated to your Virgin Red account. You should then receive an email OTP (6 digit One Time Passcode which will be emailed to you) code to sign into your account.
